What is the shipping option?

USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Express are the available shipping services.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over AUD $99, customers receive FREE global standard shipping. Shipping prices will depend on the weight of your order, the delivery address and a selected postal service charge. You can find our shipping rate here: About Shipping

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive within 2 days of dispatch. However, please note that during the festive season or holidays, orders may take a little longer to arrive. Thank you for your understanding!

How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours. However, during busy periods (e.g. holiday season or sale period), please allow a little longer for us to dispatch your order. Thank you for your patience!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. However, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. Please understand our swoony teams works hard to dispatch your parcel Asap! If you still need to return an order that has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, After Pay and PayPal.

What’s the return process?

At Swooning Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product is defective, please contact our swoony team at info@swooningjewellery.com.au within 3 days of delivery for an exchange. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to process a return for you. (Earrings are not returnable) Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped. How much is the return shipping fee?

If the product is default, shipping fees are on us. For all other returns, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number until the order has been confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that funds will be returned to the original card minus the shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding!

How do I care for my jewellery?

There are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to taking care of your swooning jewellery.

  • Avoid chlorine. It can corrode metal and damage stones.

  • Always put jewelry on after applying perfume or lotion. Chemicals in these products can cause corrosion and discoloration.

  • Clean with a soft cloth. Gently rub the cloth over the jewelry to remove any dirt or makeup. Do not use any harsh chemicals or cleaners, as they can damage the metal, stones, and enamel.

  • When not in use, it's best to store your jewelry in a cool, dry place such as a jewelry box. This will help protect your pieces from tarnishing and losing their shine.

Do you have warranty on your jewellery?

Yes! We want you to feel confident about your purchase, so all jewellery purchased directly from swooning jewellery comes with a one-year warranty. If anything happens to your jewellery within that time period, just get in touch with us at info@swooningjewellery.com.au and we'll be happy to help.
